RATES

Single room with a private bath, $85.00 per night + 7% Maine Sales Tax = $90.95

Suite of two rooms sharing one bath, $160.00 per night + 7% tax = $171.20.

Three rooms with two and a half bathrooms, $250.00 per night + 7% tax = $267.50.

University of Maine Graduation, Homecoming, Parents Weekend and some other area events will require a minimum 2-night stay. Please call to check on restricted dates.

Check in anytime after noon; check out at 10:00 am.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of cancellation, deposits will be returned, provided that we are notified at least full 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Deposits for reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival will not be refunded. If less than 3 days' notice is given, deposit may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we can rebook the cancelled reservation.
